See, Interpret, Record, Share - who has 'PRO'tential?

Calling all budding young photographers aged 5 to 12 years! Steve Parish is looking for your very best ‘NATURE’ photos. Send us your favourite pictures of wildlife, flora, landscape or a combination of these and tell us in 25 words or less how you feel about the environment in which you live.

Excellent prizes to be won and shortlisted entries will be displayed in the Steve Parish Marquee at Floriade. Details of how to enter this competition will be published on our website, www.steveparish.com.au/kids from August 1st, 2007.

Steve Parish takes Picasso on the creative journey to create a book – The Junior Encyclopedia of Australian Wildlife.

Filmed on location at Steve Parish Publishing in Brisbane, Steve and Picasso start by taking a photograph, then move through each stage of the publishing process: creating a concept; layout and design; selecting the right pictures from Steve’s huge library; writing and editing the text; all the way through to the arrival of the finished book into the warehouse.
