RETURNS

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Our Quality Control team inspect every item to ensure that the product you receive meets our standards. However, if you do receive a product that is faulty, please don't hesitate to telephone us on 61 7 3278 6511 to arrange return delivery and an exchange or refund.

Returned articles are insured by us against damage or loss.

We value the strong relationship we have with our customers. Often these relationships have been built up over many years. Only authorised employees who are trained in the proper handling of customer information have access to that information.

A customer may request to see the details we maintain on them in our customer file by forwarding a signed written request to us.

Customers can advise us if any of their information requires updating.
