Kids Book Review Competition Winners

Thank you to all who entered the Kids Book Review Competition to win a Steve Parish Book Pack consisting of: 

Amazing Facts About Australian Wildlife Conservation, Amazing Facts About Australian Marine Life  and Amazing Facts About Australia’s Early Settlers. 

Congratulations to the three prize winners, who are:

Jaymz Harvey, 4.5 years, with the entry: "We need to look after wildlife otherwise it will die and all the colours will disappear from the Earth."

Brett Murray, 9 years, with the entry: "If we don't look after nature then nature won't look after us.  We are part of nature and it is our job to care for it."

Jenny Tiffen, 31 years, with the entry: "Because we all deserve somewhere comfortable to live and raise our families - especially if the kids are furry, scaley or slimey"

Each will receive the three-book pack.

However, it is so encouraging to see so many children and adults concerned about wildlife conservation, and we had so many great entries that Steve Parish Publishing would also like to award two runner-up prizes, which will consist of a copy of Nature Watch: Animal Homes.  Runner up prizes go to:

Abby Tankard, 5 years, with the entry: " I love animals and we need to keep them alive for other kids and me to love."

Chloe Marks, 10 years, with the entry: "Because the animals have a life, like us, and we need to protect all life!"

Winners will be contacted by phone or email today, Monday 6 September 2010, and the prizes will be posted this week. Congratulations and thank you for entering.
