Kylie Currey
Kylie Currey grew up on a dairy farm in the Gold Coast Hinterland, which inspired her appreciation of wildlife and her love of exploring the environment. She has two university degrees, in science and education, and taught biology in high schools before working as an education officer in a Gold Coast wildlife sanctuary. Following that, she worked as a presenter on a children’s ecology-based television program before writing and creating product for Steve Parish Publishing.
