If you are new to placing an order with us, the following questions and answers should make your purchase simple!

Q. How do I search for a product I would like to purchase?

A. Use the Browse Shop menu at left to easily select from a range of helpful categories. Alternatively, you can enter keywords into the Search shop field if you are looking for something specific.

Browsing or searching will result in a list of titles matching your criteria. You can get more information on any particular book that interests you by clicking on that title.

Q. How do I order a product?

A. The first time you select ‘checkout’ to make a purchase on the Steve Parish Publishing Website, we create your Customer Account. You enter your personal information (name, delivery address, phone, etc.) only once and then every time you return to the site to make a purchase, all you have to do is enter your account name and password. We retrieve all your personal information from our database.

For safety reasons, you must enter credit card information each time you visit. A New User account is created during the check out procedure. It is not necessary to have a User account to view any of the web pages on the Steve Parish Publishing site or to place books into your shopping cart.

If you do not want your details stored for future purchases, you may elect to have your details deleted from our database once your purchase is complete. To do this, just go to the section ‘Save my details for next time’ and check ‘no’.

Q. If I purchase a book online are my personal details safe?

A. Be assured that we keep all personal information submitted to us in the strictest confidence. The information is stored on a secured server and is only used to process orders from Steve Parish Publishing. This information will not be released to anyone other than those necessary to fulfil your order. We do not rent or sell your name, address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

Q. How do I check items that I have placed in my shopping basket?

A. You can check your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Basket" link on the top right hand side of every page.

Q. Are the prices the same at retail stores ?

A. We will charge you the recommended retail price at the time of your order, plus shipping charges, unless we are advertising a promotional offer on the title you purchase. If this is the case it will be clearly defined in the product information and will show the special price when you add the product to your cart.

All prices are inclusive of Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST), unless you are purchasing as an international customer (see our detailed Terms & Conditions).
