Environmental Statement
Steve Parish Publishing is committed to conducting its operations in a manner which minimises environmental risk and minimizes adverse effects on the environment in which the organisation operates. The company strives to enhance its environmental performance including:
- Efficient use of energy
- Conservation of water
- Minimisation and recycling of waste paper, plastic, glass, metal etc
- Prevention of pollution
- Use of paper materials sourced from plantation timbers
- Offset programs for fuel usage
Steve Parish Publishing commits itself to compliance with environmental legislation, regulations, standards and codes of practice applicable to the industry in which it operates and will direct its business to suppliers and contractors who have a commitment to similar environmental values and objectives. We are currently working on our EPA Eco Biz program for compliance with the aim of being carbon neutral.
Through communication and training, our employees and contractors
will be encouraged and assisted to enhance their awareness of
the impact that each and every one of us has upon the fragile
environment in which we co-exist.
